Mic4U: Medical image computing solutions for UKE researchers

Medical imaging is a cornerstone of current diagnosis, treatment planning and intervention in various (not to say almost all) medical disciplines. Ongoing efforts to further enhance image quality and to ensure reliable extraction of image information to guide the physicians requires problem-tailored image computing solutions. In the bAIome sandbox Mic4U, we provide reusable deep learning-based image processing core functionalities that allow seamless integration into bAIome sandbox projects and ensure fast translation of resulting problem-specific solutions into clinical practice.
